HOME GUARD

On a tri-annual basis Horizon will inspect and treat the interior and exterior perimeter of the house and garage including all entry points into the structure(s) and harborage areas throughout the yard. On the initial service Horizon will be inspecting and treating the entire interior of the structure including the attic with a focus on eliminating the current existing problems.  After the Initial Service Horizon will inspect/treat the interior to resolve active infestations as needed.  This New Jersey extermination service provides for the control of Carpenter Ants, Pavement Ants, Fleas(indoors), Ticks(indoors), Spiders, Pillbugs, Millipedes, Centipedes, Ground Beetles, Silverfish, Firebrats, Roaches (German, Broad Banded, American, Oriental, & Smoky Brown), House Crickets, Earwigs, Grain Beetles, Wasps, Yellow Jackets, Hornets, Carpenter Bees, Rats (indoors), Mice, Spider Mites & Clover Mites. If any problems with these pests should arise between services, Horizon will return to inspect and treat at no additional charge!

HOME GUARD PLUS

This adds Termites to your Home Guard Service Agreement.  On the Initial, Horizon will install Termite Monitoring Stations.  The stations will be inspected during the Home Guard Service. If activity is found, Horizon will complete a targeted treatment or add termite bait or both as is deemed appropriate. If extra service is required it is at no additional cost.  Horizon remains owner of the Termite System components and has the right to remove them if this service agreement is cancelled. This agreement does not provide the Customer any rights for compensation for damage, replacement, or repair caused by Termites or any other insects to the Customers property.
